Whe~eas the~-e has departed from our midget one who of' our oldest and most respected cit-
izens, whose serv ce to our City has at all times boen freely an~i e£1'iciently given both in pub-
lic arid in privite life: and whereas as the oi'ficial body oi' the ~ity o£ South San ~'r~ncisco we
feel that his has been a ~re~ t loss to us all, and that the memory o£ Judge
should be wri:ten into the minutes off o:~r proceedings:;
Now the~'el'ore be it resolved that this resolution be enscribed in our minutes and that
we at zhis time adjourn to Tuesday Evening at ?:~0 Z~.i,[. ~anuary 2?th. 1%~25, out of respect to
the memory oi' Judge Cunningham.
