WHEREAS, the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a corporation duly organized and exiz, ting
under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Calii'ornia, filed in the o±~fice of this board on
the End day of February, l~.~, its application for the franchise above mentionea and refer~ed to;
and
WHV~EAS, this board on the £nd day of February, 1925, adopted a resolmtion declaring its'
intention of granting said franchise upon the terms and conditions in said resolution set £orth;
WHEREAS, due notice of the sale of said franchise has been.published in the~manner i°or the
time prescribed by law and by.the aforesaid resolution;' and
WHLZEAS, this board, at the time specified in said re'~o~ution and in said notice, viz., at
