was made, executed and delivered to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
acceptance of same be made by said Czty,
Now therefore be it r~eso]ved, by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Fran-
cisco that the hereto attached deed be and the ['ame is hereby accepted by the City of
South San Francisco, through its Board of Trustees;
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed this
