RESOLVED, that it is the intention oi' the Board of Trustees of tile City el' South

THAT BY. AD,EI~ AVEi;UE from the northea~'tcrly line of Chapman Avenue to lJ:e ~outherly line
of Randolph Avenue be improved by grading between the existing curbs o£ said street and by con-
structing on both sides of said street cement concrete gutters of the dimensions and ~t the lo-
cations shown upon the plain and specification~' hereinafter ~"eferrod to an~ by paving ~aid street
between the edges of said pro~:osed 6utters with a pave:.,e~t consisting o£ a Willite Proce.~s Com-
position v~,e~ring sur£ace one ~d one-half (1~) inches in thickness laid upon a ¥iillite Process
Compositions three ([:) inches in thickneos.
That four (4) inch vitrified, salt-glazed ironstone pipe la%eral or side soy. ers be con-
strutted to connect v, ith and run from the e:m[iating :,din Sewer to the e::isting cu'~'bs o;a either side
of said Braden Avenue, between Chapman Avenue and P. andolph Avenue to the number o£ one such l~.teral
