That four (4) inch vitrified, salt-glazed ironstone pipe lateral or side sewers be constructed to co~ect with and run from the existing main sewer to the existing curbs on either side of said Braden Avenue, between Chapman Ave., and Randolph Ave., ,to the number of one such lateral or side sewer for each lot or parcel of land fronting upon said Braden Ave; Excepting from all of the beretta-described work all of said work that is already done to the official lines and grades and in, accordance with the said plans and specifications hereinafter re- ferred to. Ail of said work done hereunder shall include any and all street intersections, terminations and opposite terminations occurring within the limits of the work hereinbefore mentioned, but no work shall be construed as a ~oubling at any intersection, Ail of said work done hereunder shall be done to the grade aa shwon on the plane and epecifi- dttions hereinafter referred to, and shall .be done and performed in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore adopted for doing said work by said Board of Trustees and now on file in ~he office of the City Clerk of said City, which said plane and specifications are hereby expressly referred to for the fall and detailed description of said proposed work and improvement. And ~S said co~templ~ted~wqrk and improvement in the opinion of the Board of Trustees is of more than local or ordinary publi~ benefit, said Board hereby makes the expenses of said work a~l improvement chargeable upon a district, which said district said Board hereby declares to be the district benefited by said work and improvement; and ~o be assessed to pay the c~sts and expen- ses thereof, which said district is bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEGINI~I~G at a point on the southerly line of Randolph Ave., where the same is intersect&d by the median line of Block "D" as Block "D" is shown on that certain "Map of ]~eok's Subdivision No. 1, South San Francisco, San Mates County, California," which map was. filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mates, California, June 24, 1907, in Book 5 of Original Maps, at page 11; ru~ning thence easterly along the said southerly line of Randolph Ave., to a point where the same is intersected by the median line of Block "B" of said last mentioned map; thence southwesterly along the median line of said Block "B" crossing Gardener Ave., and continuing south- westerly along the median line of Block "C" of said last mentioned map to the easterly line of Chapman Ave,, thence northwesterly along the said northeasterly line of Chapman Ave., to a point where the same is intersected by the median line of the first hereinmentioned Block "D"; thence north. easterly along the median line of said Block "D" to ~hepoint of beginning. Ail of said property being in the City of South San Francisco~ County of San Mates,State of Cali~ · XC~]~TI~G from the above described area, the area of all public streets, roads, drives, courts a~ ways contained therein. ~0TICE is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear interest at the rate efseve~ {?) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the "Improve- ment Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine 19) years from the secoz day of.July'next succeeding ten ~10) months from their date. Said 'sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to the City Clerk of the said City of South San Francisco on or before 8:00 2.u. on the §th day of October 1925, said t~me being not less than ten days from the time of the first po~ting and publication of the notice of said work and inviting sealed proposals, on which day and hottr, proposals or bids will be.publicly opened by said City Clerk.
