RESOLVED: by the Board of TruStees of the City of South San Francisco.that this Board
of ~rustees does hereb~ request the inclusion of all of the territory lying within ~he ~unicipal
boundaries of said City of South San 2rancisco, in a local health'diStrict ts be created'u~der '
the laws of the State of California, pursuant to chapter ~71 of the Statutes of 1917, and which
said district shall include all of the unincorporated territory within the County of San Marco,
and such of the incorporated territory as the respective Boards of Trustees, Common Council, or
other governing body of the cities and touns within San Mateo County, ~hall, by resolutio$ duly
authenticated, request to be included within the proposeddistrict.
I, the undersigned City Clerk of the City o£ $~$h San Francisco, State~ of California,
do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution. Rassed and adopted
by the Board of Trustees of ssld City of South San Francisco, in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of November, 192~, by the followingvote, to-wit:
