RESOLYED: by the Board of Trustees of the City of Bouth ~an ~raucisco that the installation of the
Joint automatic wigwag on the rights of way of the Southern Pacific Railway and the Market Street
Railway at the north east extension of Third Street be inetalled by the Southern Pacific Company
at an approximate cost of $1200.00, also that the pl~W track crossings in accordance with the
Railway Commission Plann no. Ha, together with the necessary concrete curb on both sidea of each
of the following track crossing.
The ~outhern Pacific Company track at the foot of Third Street and the Southern Pacific
Company track crossing at the foot of Orange Avenue be installed by'the Southern Pacific.Company,-
at an approximate cost of $700.00 for each crossing.
The cost of the above installations is to be borne by the City of South San ~rancisco,
and shall be pai~ by the said City on the rendition of an itemized statement of the cost of the
above work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly passed and adopted by the ~
Board of Trustees of the City of 3outh San ~rancisco, the 16th day of November, 1925, by the
following vote:
