vested by law, H.F.McNellis, as President of the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Eran
cisco, az~d Daniel McSwee~ey as City Clerk of s~id City ,did, oN behalf of s~id City, sign and execut~
~ certain agreement With the Southern Pacific Company, and Southern Pacific Railroad Company, where
in an8 whereby the said City is granted the right, subject to the condition in s~id agreement con
tained, to censtruct and m~intsin a highway across the railroad tracks and right of way of s~id comp~
~t Third Street snd Orange Street, in ssid City of South San Fr~ncisco.~
Now Thereas, Be It REsolved.by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San ~rancisco thai
it ~ereby a~?roves, ratifies and confirms tho~igning and execution of said agreement.
I hereby certify th~'t the above resolution was duly and regulsrl~ psssed snd adopted by the
Board of Trustees of the Cit~ of South San Francisco, at,a regular meeting held by said Board on the
15th day of February, 1926 by the following vote,
