Whereas George A,Kneese, the Superintendent of the Streets of the City of South San Francisc
did , on the 4th day of February, 1926 duly filed with the City Clerk of said City an Assessment c
covering the improvements work described in Resolution of Intention No. 54, passed and adopte~i by th.
Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco on the 4th day of ]~aY,l~6.
Whereas the City Clerk thereupon duly fi::ed Monday, the 1st day of March, 1926 and the Coun
cji. Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the said City in the City Hall as the time and place when an~
where ~]~ persons interested in the Work done under said assessment, or in said assessment would
be heard by said BBard; and
Whereas said notice has been duly ?osted and published as re~!uired by law, and said City
Clerk has also given notice of the filing of s~.id assessment and of the time and place fixed for the
hearing thereon by mailing ~ostcards to the owners of the property affected by said assessment, as
required by law as appears frown the affidavits of Daniel McSweeney, said City Clerk, and H.E. Reynol~
and
Whereas no person ha~ at ~.ny time appealed in writing to the Board of Trustees of the City ol
South san Franci[-co, or made objections in writing to said assessment: and
Whereas said Board of Trus%ees has duly considered all oral objections to or protests against
said assessment; and
Whereas ss. id Board of Trusties is satisfied that said assessment is correct; and should rems. i]
in the words, figures and amounts as in said assessment set forth: and
Whereas said I,lat'~er and tDe He,.ring thereon were on the 1st day of March, 1926 duly regularly
had and said Board duly considered any and ail oral objection and overrule the s~:.me;
Resol~ed~hy the Board of TruStees of the Said City of South San Franc~seo that all objection
to and protests against said asse~':sment be, and the Same are hereby overruled and denieS:
Be it further resolved by said Board of Trustees that said Board hereby amends, alters, and
modifies said assessment filed on said 4th day of February 1926, as aforesaid, so that said last
mentioned a~sessment shall, as ,as modified, be in the words figures, amount and form as ~n said as~
e~ sment hereinbefore referred set forth and hereby confirms said assessment.
