expresses the unanimous approval of the ideals and wishes of the Italian Legion at this regular
meeting made known to this Board re!~tive to amending the present Immigration Act so ~s to permit
the coming into the United States of America all European Aliens who have served in the Army of tX
United states of America during the World War And who find themselves stranded in Europe unable
to come ~e~he Country of theirs choice.
Be it ~urther resolved that this Board unanimously express its desires to see the present
Immigration Act Amended as to permit the com~.ng into the United States of America these men as wel~
as their families.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this Resolution be sent toe,ch of the United Stetes
Senators of the State of California, and ~ Copy of it to the Secert~ry of the Unite~ States.
