RESOLUTION CANCEIJ~ING CERTAIN ILguF~ ASSESSMENTS.

WHEB~AS it has been shown to this Board by the verified petition of the Veterans Welfare Board
of the Skate of California,a public c~rporation,that the said Board is now the legal owner of the
following described pieces and parcels of land lying and being in the City of South San Francisco
County of San Mateo,State ~.f California and more particularly described as follows,to-wit;
PARCEL ONE:
The southeasterly 30 feet, front and rear measurement of Lot 15. and the northwest-
erly 10 feet,front and' rear measurements.of lot 14,inblock 94. as designnated on the
Map entitled," South San Francisco,SanMa~eo County,State of California,Plat Nc.l,"
which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County,State of Calif-
ornia.on March 1.1892, in Vol."B" of maps,at page 6,and a copy thereof entered in Vol.
2 of maps at page 52,

Zot 2 in block 5, as designated on the map entitled," Map of High School Park Additioz
to South San Francisco." which map ~as filed in the office of the County Reoorde~ of
San Mateo Coun~y. Statle of California,on the l?th of May 191?,and recorded in I~.1,10
of Maps at pages 15 and 16.
WWEREAS it seem that the above described pieces and parcels of land are subject to taxes form 19~
-26 and have been assessed for their respective amounts;
AND W~EREAS said assessment is erroneous, an~ should be c~ncelled for the reasons that said Vete~
ans Welfare Board is a public corpo:ation;
NOW THERF~ORE be it resolved by the Board of Trustees that each and all assessments and t~.xes fo~
the year 1925-6, and penalties and costs assessed of the hereinbefore described land.be, and the sam~
are hereby canceEled and annulled.and the City Clerk and Assessor is hereby authorized to cancel and
annul said as~essments.penalti~s~and costs.
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City
of South San ~ranc~sco,at a regular meeting held April 19th,1926,by the following vote;
