RESOLUTION A~NDING AND CONPI~IING ASSESSMENT. N0.55
WHEREAS,George A. Knesse,the ~uperin%endent of Streets,of tho City of South San Francisco,
did, on the 2Zrd day of Apri],1926,duly file with the City Clerk o±' said City an Assessment covering
the improvement work described in Resolution of Intention No. 55, passed and ~dopted by the Board of
Trustees of tho City of South Sah Francisco,on the 5th day of April,19E5.
Whereas the City Clerk thereupon duly fi=ed ~onday, tho l?th day of l~ay,19E6,in the council
chamber of the Bo~rd of Trustees of said City in the City Hall as the time.and place when ~nd where
all persons interested in the work done under said'assessment,or in said assessment,would be heard
by said Board: and
Whereas said notice has been duly posted and pUblished as required by law,and said City Clerk
has als~ given of the filing of said assessuent and of the time and place'fix, ed for the he~ring
thereon as required by law, as appears from the affivadits of Daniel NcSweeney,said City Clerk.and
H.E. Reynolds: and
Whereas no person has at any time appealed in writing to the Board of Trustees of the City o
South San Prancisco,or made objections i~ writing to said assessment:and
Wheras said Board of Trustees has duly considered all oral objections to or protest~ against
said assessment:and
~hereas said Board ~f Trustees is satisfied that said asse['sment is correct: and should rema
in the words,figures and amounts as in said assessment set forth:and
Uhereas saidmatter and the heraring thereon were,on the. l?th. day of Nay,19~6 duly and regula
had and said Board considered any ~:nd a~l objections and overruleed the same.

and denied:
Be it further resolved by said Board of Trusts s that ~aid Board hereby amends ,alters and
modifies said assessment filed on said EZrd day of April ,~gE6,as aforesaid,so that said last mention
asse~s~nent shall,as modified,be in the words,figures,amount and from as in said ~sse~rn~nt horeinbefo
~et forth ~nd s~id Board hereby confirmss~id assessment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
Board of Trustees of the City of South S~n Pranci[co this 17th day NsylgE6, by the following vote
