A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY

Whereas a Special Municipal Election was held in and through the City of South ~an Francisdo
on the l~th day of May,1926,at which there was sub~itted to the qualified ~o the said ~ity of South
FranCi~co the question of determining whether such voters would recall Carl Bl~.nk,as a member of the
Board of Trustees of said City of South S~n ~rancisco,and, in case said Carl Blank Should be recalle~
and removed from office by Said ~pecial EleCtion,the election of ahe successor of said Carl Blank; a~
also the Question of determining whether such voters would recalleHugh McCaffery,as ~ member of the
Board of Truatees~and,in case s$id Hugh McCaffery shou].d be so recalled and removed from office by
said Special Election,~he election of the Sucessor of soid Hugh McCaffery; and also the ~uestion of
dertermining whether such.votor~ would re~all Hugh Felix McNelli~,as a member of said BOard of Trust
end, in case s~id Hugh Felix MCNellis should be so recalled and re~:oved from office by said Special
Election, the election of the Successor of said Hugh Felix McNellis ; aud ~
Where~s notice of said election w~s duly ~nd legally given;and
Whereas the City Clerk of said City has duly presented to the BOard of T~'ustees of said City
of South San Francisco all the returns of the votes cast at said SPeCial Election;and Whereas said Board of Trustees has inspected and e~amined ~ll said returns;~
Now,therefore, resolved by the Board of Trusts s of said City of South San Francisco that sa

The whole number of votes cast in said City was Thirteen Hundred and Thirty One Ii$~ll
and the number of votes cast for and against the recall of each of s~id Carl Blank,Hugh LIcCaffery an
Hugh Felix McNellis and the Number of votes cast for the candidates nominated to succeed s~id Carl B
