RESOI~.VED by the Board of Trustees of the City of South
~an Francisco, State of Ca~ii'ornia, that "Durite Asphalt Co~pany's
Durite Asph[ltic ~icense ~,~ixture Agreement", dated June 7th, 1926,
saig agreement being in r~lation to the ?avement of Durite
Ast~hsltic pave'n~nt of the roadvJay portions of v~rious streets,
avenues, ~!leys, lanes otc. of s~id City, as z et forth in said
agreement., be, and said agreement is hereby accepted, as are
the provisions and agree~ents of Durite Asphalt Company as set
forth therein, and said agreement is hereby directed to be filed
on the 8th day of June, 1926, in the of±'ice of the City Clerk of
said City of South San Francisco.
