RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco
that the conveyance, dated tho !st day of June, 1926, wherein South San
Francisco Land and ~mpro~r,,ont Corn?any, a corporation organized and e:~i'~t-
ing under the laws of the Stateof California, grants to the said City of
2curb Sa~nFrancisco a ri~ht of way for the construction and maintenance of
a public highway over and uron the land hereinafter described, be, and the
sar-:e hereby is accepted.
