substanticlly in the following forn~;"Notice is hereby given that ~ seri~l bonds to re~u'esent unI~aid
aesessments,~nd to bear interest ~t t~e rate of seven(7) per centper ~nnu,,will be issued hereinunder
in the r~anner provided by the Inprove~nent Bond Act of 19~§, the last in'~tallment~ of which bonds shall
ma~ure nine years frown the second d~y of July next succeading ten me, th from their date,"
