ReSolved by the Board of~-Trustees of the City of South Sen Francisco that the convelf~nce
dated the 28th day of April,1926.wherein South San Francisco Land and Improvement Comp~hy ,a
corporation orga, nized a, nd existing under the l~ws of the State of C~lifornia, grants to the said City
of South San Francisco a right of way for the convtr~ction and rnatnten~nce of a public hih~w~ay ovo~- ,
and u~on the land hereinafter described,be,and the sane hereby i~ accepted.
The land hereinbefore referred to is all that certain tract or parcel of. ]~nd ~'~ituate in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,State of California,a,nd particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Spruce Avenue,which point is 160 feet northerly
from. the point formed by the intersection of the north line of Mil~,r Avenue with the west line of
Spruce Avenue,as shown u~on that certain map entitled "South San FranciSco,S~u LL~teo Co,Cal. Plat
No.l",which map was filed in the, office of the County Recorder of the County of San M~teo, Calif-
ornia,March 1,1~92,and recorded in the Map Book No.2 at page 52; thence at right angles westerly and
parallel with the northerly line of Miller Avenue 550 feet; thence at right angles northerly ~nd
parallel ~i.~th~he westerly line of Spruce Avenue 20 feet: thence at right angles easterly and para~~
llel with the northerly line of Miller avenue 550 feet to the westerly .line of Spruce Avenue;thence
southerly along the westerly line of Spnuce Avenue 20 £eet to the point of beginning.
