RESOLUTION ORDERING THE GRADING O~~ THE CIVIC
CENTER SITE AND G!~DING A PORTION OF ORANGE
AVENUE IN THE CITY ON SOUTH SAN FPJ~NCISCO.
Reso~.ved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco
that public interest and convenience require the wor~ herel~n described, and that
B~ard of Trustees of the City of South Sau Fr~nci~.co hereby orders the following
work to be done in said City, to-wit:
The grading of the Civic Center Site and the grading of Orange ~venue
between the southerly line of Commercial Avmnue and the easterly terminus of Third
Stree~ in the ~ity of Sou~h San ~rau~isco.
All wore herein provided for shall be done to official grade and in
accordance with the special plans and specifications for said work, which plans and
specifications are entitled "Plans ~nd specifications for gr,.ding the Civic Center
Site and a portion of Orange Avenue in the City of South San ~'rancisco". which plans
and specii'ications are hereby adopted £or doing said work and are now on file in
the office of the City Clerk, to which plans ~nd specifications reference is hereby
made for a description of said work.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish for Two (2) weeks in "The
Enterprise", a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City
of South S~n Francisco, the following notice inviting setled proposals or bids for
said i~provement work in the City of Sout~ Sen ~rancisco.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly .introduced and
adopted by the Bo~rd of Trustees ~f the City of South San l~rancisco this ~th day of
October, 1926, by the following, vote:

Noes, Trustees: None.
