REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH ELIZABETH SEIFEL
ASSOCIATES TO ASSIST WITH THE PREPARATION OF
AB315 HOUSING PRODUCTION PLAN AND AB1290
IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4-94 dated August 10, 1994
the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco approved the issuance of a Request for Proposals to
solicit consultant services for the preparation of the State
required Housing Production and Implementation Plan; and
WHEREAS, funds for consultant services have been ~udgeted in
the Agency's 1994-1995 fiscal year budget; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed that $25,000 of those funds to be used
to execute a contract with Elizabeth Seifel Associates to assist
with the preparation of the Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the
Redevelopment Agency of the city of South San Francisco that:
1) It hereby approves a contract for professional services
with Elizabeth Seifel Associates in the amount of Twenty Five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) to assist in the preparation of the
State required Housing Production and Implementation Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th
day of September , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Roberta Cerri Teglia, Robert Yee
and Chairman Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: B0ardmember John R. Penna
