RESOLUTION
Whereas the. Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco did. in open
session, on the 18th day of October, 1926, publicly open, examine and declare all
sealed proposals or bids for doing the following work in said city, to-wit:
Painting with two (.2) coats of paint all exterior wood work aaa metal work,~
which have been heretofore painted on the Cit2 Hall of said City of South San Fran-
cisco, and furnishing all labor and material therefor.
All paint used in said work shall be of tbs best quality of white lead and lin-
seed oil, and shall be colored with coloring matter to produce the colors now existing
where such painting is to be done.
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of South Sen_ Francisco that ssli
Board hereby rejects all said proposals or bids, except that next hereinafter men-
tioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible
bidder, to-wit: Eugenic I~ilani at the price named in his bid, *o-wit: Two Hundred
and Ninety-nine Dollars ($299.00).
It is made a condition of this award that the work herein provided for shall
be done to the satisfaction of said Board of Trustees and to the satisfaction of any
person whom said Bosrd may employ for the purpose of superintending or inspecting
said work.
The President of said Board of Trustees and the City Clerkare hereby authorized
and directed in the name of said .City of South San Francisco and under its corporate
seal to enter into an agreement with said Eugenio ]~ilani for doing said work.
Said Eugenio~Milani shall~ within ten (10) days after this award enter into an
agreement with said City of South San Francisco for the performance of said work and
shall furnish the bonds required in the notice inviting sealed proposals for said work.

I hereby certify that the fore~ing reso~.ution was regularly introduced and
~dopted by the Board of Tr~tees of the City of South San Francisco this 18th day
of October, 1928, by the following vote:
Ayes, Trustees: Eschelbach, Lloyd, Minnucciani, Tibbetts, Cunninghsm.
Eoes, Tr~tees: None.
Absent, Trustees: None.
