W~EREAS'the contractor, to whom has been awardea the-contraot for the im-
pro{~ement' of"Tsmarack Avenue an~ 'Elm Avenue;' as described in Resolution of Intention
No. ~? pas~ed by the Board of-Trustees of the City of South San Francisco on t~be 2nd day of
August, 1926., has refu. sed to enter into a contract for the performance of said work; and
WEEREAS' said Board is willi~ ~ hereby consents that the owners of the
property fronting upon said avenues may cause the same to be done by private contract.
REsoLvED that said Resolution of Intention and all proceedihgs t.her, eunder
a~d subsequent thereto 'be and the same hereby are vacated and set aside,
