REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CH2M HILL AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
AUTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENT 95-1 TO THE
1994-1995 OPERATING BUDGET RELATING TO THE
PREPARATION OF A HAZARDOUS MATERIALS STUDY
ON OR NEAR THE GSA SITE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1) The Executive Director is authorized and directed to
prepare and execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an
Agreement in the amount of $8900.00 between the City of South San
Francisco and CH2M Hill for the preparation of a hazardous
materials study on the GSA Site (City of South San Francisco
Property).
2) It hereby appropriates $8900.00 from the undesignated
fund balance in the Downtown Central Redevelopment Project to
prepare this study.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th
day of September , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Drago, Roberta Cerri Teglia, Robert Yee
and Chairman Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: B0ardmember John R. Penna
