and existing under the laws of the State of 'California, has laid out into lots a tract or
sub~£vision of land lying within the City of South san Frenoisoo and has caused an accurate
map to be made of said tract or subdivision of' land for the purpose of selling lots by refer-
trice to said map; and
WHEREAS said South San Francisco Laud and Improvement Company, the owner of said tra~t
of land,proposes to file said map in the office of the County 'Recorder of the Count7 of San Marco
California; end

to the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Fr~mcisco for the approval of said Board,as re-
guired by law,

consideration,there being no city planning commission in said City.
