WHEREAS George A, Kneeee,the Superintendent of Streets of the CitY of South
S~ Francisco.did.on the 2$th day of November,1926.duly file with the City Clerk
of said City an assessment covering the 'improvement work described in Resolution
of Intention No.56.pae~.ed ~ud adopte by 'the Board of Trustees ct the City of Iouth'
Sam ~ranci~co on the 8th day of June,1926; and'
~EEREAS the City Clerk thereupon duly fixed Monday, the 20thday of December,1926
and the CounCil Chamber of the Board of Trmstees of said City in the City Hall as the
time and place when and where all persons interested in the work done under said
assessment,or in said assessment,would be heard by said Board;and
WHEREAS said 'notice has been duly posted and published as requi red by law,
as a~pears from the affidavits of Damiel Mc~weeney, said City Clerk,and R.E. Reyno Ids;
and
W~ww~R..EAS no person has at any time appealed in writing to the Board of Tmmtees
of the City of South San Fraucisoo,or made objections in writing or otherwise to said
assessment;
RESOLVED by said Board of Trmstees that said assessment hereinbefore referred
to be,and the same hereby is approved and confirmed:

I hereby certify, that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco this 20th day of December.
