Notice is hereby given that the Superintendent of Streets of The City of
South Sam Francisco did,on the 2$th day of November,1926, file in the office of
the undersigned,City Clerk of Said City,an assessment made'by said Superintendent
of Streets to cover the costs and expenses of the work done under and pursuant to
ResolStion of Intention No.56,passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City
of South San Francisco on the. 8th day of June,1925 for 'the improvement of a portion
of Chestnut Aveneue and a portion of Eucalyptus Avenue,under the contract therefor
heretofore entered into by him with A,G.Raisc. h,aud that I hereby fix Monday,the
day of December ,1926 at the hour of 7:30 o'alock P,M. and the Council Chamber of the'
Board of Trustees of sald~C~$~V,ln the City Ball of said City,as the time and place'when
and where all persons in1~~ iht She done thereunder or in said assessment will be
heard by said Board. The owners,the oontra~.;~ ~ ..~X his assigns,and all persons lntereste~
in maid work or~m~s~ assessment, feeTt~ '~eved by any act or determinattom

claim that any portion Of the work for any reason was omitted or illegally included in the
contract for the same, or hav&ng or making any objection t~ the correc~ess of the
assessment or diagram or other act,determination or proceedings of the Superintendent
of Streets;or City Engineer,shall prior to the day fixed for the hasting upon the assess.-
ment, appeal to said Board of Trustees by briefly stating in writing the grounds of'appeal.
For a descriptio$ of said work and of the assessment district therein described and for other
particulars reference is h reby made to Resolution of Intent~nn
Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and bear
interest at the rate of seven[7)per ~ent per annu~will be issued hereunder in the manner
specified in the Improvement Bond Act of 1925 and the ammndments thereto,the laSt lnstallmet
of which bonds shall mature nineS9) ye~e from the 2nd day of July Next succeeding toni101
months from their date.
Except as otherwise provided for the issuance of Bonds said work has been do~e
pursuant to the act of the Legislature of the State of $~lifornia designated as the ImproVement
Act 1911", approved April ?th,1911, and the amendments thereto.
