RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of S~uth San Francisco that that certain
deed,dated ~he 22nd.day of March,192?,wherein South San ~rancisco I~nd and ImproVement COmpany,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oalifornia,conveyes to said
City of South San Francisco an easement for the construction and maintenance of a sewer in and
through all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the City of Bouth Ban ~rancisco,
COunty of Ban Mateo,State of 0alifornia,and-particularly described as follOws,to-wit:
A strip of land Ten [101 feet in width lying ~ive[5) feet on each side of the following
described center line, to-wit:
Beginni~ng at a point in the westerly end of Palm Avenue which point bears N
feet,and N l~v SZ' E ~$.~0 feet from the intersection of the southerly line of Palm Avenue with
