RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 0F TRUST~S of-the City of South San Francisco that that certain
deed,dated the l~th.day of A pril,192?,wherein South San ~rancisco Land and Improvement Company
a Corporation organized and existingunder the laws cf the State of California,conveyes to the said
City of South Ban Francisco-an easement for the construction and maintenance of a public highway
on. and over all those certain tracts- or parcels of land situate in the City of South San Francisco ,
County of San N~teo,State of California, and. particularly described as follows,to-wit:
