TOURING CAR.
WHEREAS THE Board of Truste,~s of the City of SOuth San F~ancisco did,in open session,on
the £§th. day of April.192? publicly open and examine and declare-all sealed proposals or
for furnishing a new ~odge Touring Car to said City of South San ~rancisco;
RESOLVED that said Board of Trustms hereby rejects all said propomals or bids,
except that ne×t hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for furnishing said
new Dodge Touring Car to said City of South San ~rancisco to Service Garage and ~achine Shop,
at the price named in their bid,to-wit;Ten Hundred and Sixty Five 1$108~.O0)Dollars.
This award is~made upon the condition that the bidder hereinbefore mentioned shall
purchase from said City the DodEe Touring Car now owned by said Ci~ty of South San ~ancisco for
the sum of Four Hundred Twnety Five~$~2~.001 znd that the amount of said purchase ~last hereinbefore
mentioned shall be applied upon the purchase price for the Dodge Car for which the contract is
swarded in this resolution.
The President of the Board of T~ustees ~nd the City Clerk are hereby directed,in the
corporate na~e of said City Of South San Francisco and under its corporate seal,enter into an
agreement with the bidder to~ whom said contract is hereby awarded for the purchase of said new
Dodge To.ring Car by said City and for the sale to said bidder of the Dodge Touring Car now owned
by said City,and ~lso to execute,in behalf of said City such documents as are necessary to transfer
to said bidder the title to the Dodge To~ring Car now owned by said City
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and ~dopted by the
Board of Trustees of the City of South San F~sncisco, this ~th.day of April,19S?,by the following
vote:
