REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PREPARATION AND
EXECUTION OF A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR TRAFFIC CONSULTANT SERVICES TO REVIEW THE
EIR/EIS FOR THE PROPOSED BART-SFO EXTENSION
AND AUTHORIZING 1994-1995 RDA BUDGET AMENDMENT
NO. 95-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Acting City Manager is authorized and directed to
prepare and execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a
Consultant Agreement in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000) between the City of South San Francisco and Environmental
Science Associates, ESA of San Francisco for the traffic and
parking impacts of the proposed BART-SFO Extension in'South San
Francisco and hereby appropriates Redevelopment Agency Budget
Amendment No. 95-2 in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000) to E1 Camino Corridor Project area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th
day of December , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teqlia and
Chairman Robert Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Boardmembers Jack Draqo and John R. Penna
