NO. -0'0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0- 0-0-0-0-0- 0-~ : RESOLVED that, whereas the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco di~, on the'lSth, day of April,192?,pass its Resolution of Intention No.58 t0 orAer the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made iS said City,which Resolution of Intention mas-duly and regularly published as required by law,as appears from the' affidavit of E,E.Bramble now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City;and WHEREAS notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.58 headed "Notices of Improvement" were duly and legally posted along ~he line of said oom~mplated work or improvement and in front of all the property liable to be assesse~ ther~$or,and all along the open streets with in the district hereinafter described in form and manner as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of George A.Eneese,Superintendent'of Streets of said City,who after the completion of the post&rig of said notices filed his affidavit in the office of .the City Clerk,making oath that the p~sting of said notices was completed on the 29th.day of April,192?; and WHERE~S at no time has any person delivered to the City Clerk of said City or to said Board of Trustees a written protest against said work,or any part thereof,or against the extent of the district hereinafter described,or against both said work and said district; THEREFORE be i~ resolved that public interest and convenience require the work here after described,and the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco hereby orders the following work to be done in said City,to-wit SECTION 1. That Elm Avenue from the northerly line of Miller Avenue to a line drawn parallel with and distant one hundred eighty Il80) feet northerly from the northerly line of Miller Avenue; Locust Avenue and Orange Avenue from the northerly line of the alley which traverses Block 9~,Map of South San F. ancisco Plat No. 1,be improved by grading said streets for the full length and width therof between said lines ,and also by constructing combined hydraulic cement concrete sidewalks on each side of said Avenues and also by constructing in the raadways thereof between said gutters, for the full length thereof, an asph~ ltic concrete pavement one and one-half ~l 1/2 ) inches in thickness. SECTION 2. That Tamarack Avenue from the westerly line of Spruce Avenue to the easterly line of Elm Avenue be i~proved by grading same for the full length and width thereof,between said lines, and by paving the sa~e for a width as shown on the herinafter mentioned plans with hydrauli cement concrete pav'emeht five I~) inches in thickness,having an intergral hydraulic cement concrete curb along the northerly edge of said pavement and a redwood header board,two (2) inches in thick- ness by six ~6) inches in width along t. he southerly edge of said pave~ e~t for the lehgth ~hereo. f. SECTiON Z.That the follcw~inj described portions of the alley,which traverses Block 10Z,Block 9~ and Block 8~,Map of South San Francisco Plat No.l,be improved by grading sa~d portion between said hereinafter mentioned lines, for the full width thereof and also by constructing a hydraulic cement concrete Pavement ~) inches Five, in thickness,having a redwood header Bo~rd two ~(2) inches in thickness,by six (6) inches in depth along each side of said comtemDlated pavement, for the full length between said line~ and for a width as shown on the plans and specifications hereinafter mentioned, to-wit: That portion of sa~~ alley between the westerly line of Elm Avenue and the easterly line of Orange Avenuw,excepting therefrom the intersections of said alley with ~agnolia Avenue and Locust Avenue; also that portion of said alley between the e~st~l~ line of Eucalyptus Aw~nue and a line dr~n at right angles acro~ said alley twoo hundred ~200) feet!easterly fro~ said e~terly line of Eucalyptus Avenue; SECTION &.
