WHEP~AS ~he Board of Trustees of the City of So~h Sen Francisco did, on the 16th,day,
of ~ay,192?,pass its resolution on intention.to abate the nuisance caused by weeds growing
upon the street~ in said resolution of intention described; and
W~REAS i~otices haaded "Notices to Destroy Weeds", have been conspicuously posted in
~n front of all property in front of which weeds are growYng,in the m~nner and form required
by la~,snd more th~.n five l~) days have elapsed s~ince the conpletion of the posting of said
notices;and
WHEREAS no person has objected or protested against the proposed rempval of said we~ds;
Resolved by the Bo~rd of Trustees of the City of South San F encisco that the Street
Su~'~erintendent of said City be, ~nd~he is hereby ardered to abaterthe nuisance by h~ving the
