REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE IMPLEMENTATION
PLAN FOR THE DOWNTOWN-CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA, EL CAMINO CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AREA, GATEWAY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
AND SHEAREWATER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, The City is required by AB 1290 and AB 315 to adopt
an Implementation Plan for the four .redevelopment areas within
the City;
WHEREAS, Staff has prepared and has recommended approval of
the "Five Year Implementation Plan for the Redevelopment Agency
of the City of South San Francisco";
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco does hereby resolve as follows:
That the "Five Year Implementation Plan for the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco" is
hereby adopted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
llth day of January , 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: 8oardmembers Jack Drago. Roberta Cerri le~]ia and
Chairman Robert Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: Boardmember John R. Penna
ABSENT: Boardmember Joseph A. Fernekes
