26th.day of 3eptember,192?,publicly open examine and declare all sealed proposais or bids for
furnishing one hundred and eleven (lll) fire hydrants to said-City of ~South San Francisco,pursuant
to the notice inviting sealed proposals therefor;
RESOLVED that said City Council hereby rejects all said prOposals or bids except' that next
herein mentioned and hereby awards the contract for said hydrahts to the lowest responsible bidder,
The Enterprise Fo~.dry Co, South__~_San Francisco,at the prices named in their bid,to wit:
60 Hydrants having four inch hub end and six inch barrell with two 2 1/2 inch outlets,~42,50 ea,
Hydrants having six inch hub end and six inch barrell with one 4 1/2 .inch steamer outlet, an~
one 2 1/2 inch hose outlet, ,i~52.50, each.
24 Hydrants having four inch hub end and six inch barre$.l with one 4 1/:2 inch steamer outlet

and one 2 1/2 inch hose outlet, ¥ 2.50 Each,
~he Mayor of said City and the City Olerk are hereby authorized and directed in the name of
of said City of i;outh ~ n Prancisco and under its corporate seal,to en!:er into and agreement with
sa~d Enterprise. Foundry Co., in accordance with the provisione of this

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
