A RESOLUTION DIP~ECTING THE TRANS~ER
OF BAT~NCES IN STREET IMPROVE~LEN~
BOND FUNNDS WHERE BONDS HAVE BEEN PAID.

WHEreAS all bonds issued under and pursuant to the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915" and
designated as "Series "A" have been paid,and a balance of Two H~ndred Sixty and 25/100 Dollars
{250.25)remsins in funds out of which said boSds were payable; and
WHEREAS all bonds iasued under and pursuant to'the ',Improvement Bond ~ct of 1915" and
designated as Series "C" have been paid ,and a balance of One Hundred Twenety-one and 79/100
Dollars ($121.79 rem~ns in funds out of which said bonds were payable$~
RESOLVED.by the City~ Cohncil of t~he City of South San FranCico tha the. sum of Three
Hundred Eighty Two and 04/100 Dollars ($382.0&),being the aggregate of the above mentioned
sumsbe, and the same hereby is transferred tothe geweral fund of said City. The City Clerk
and City Treasurer are hereby directed to ~ake enteries in th&ir records in conformity with
this resolution,
