R~EOLUTION OF AWARD.
',,n~a~mo the ~ity Council of the City of £outh San ~!~rancisco did, in open session on
the 27th. day of December,192?,publicly open,examine and declare all sealed pr_oposals or bids
for furnishing to said ~ity one (1) Eulti-stage Centrifugal Pum!~ of ?50 gallon per
capacity with a!~ necessary equipment and acces~ories, to be i~'~stal~ed complete on the
£eagrave comdination chemical engine and hose car No.lS,76Z now owned by the said City
of South San Francisco and in use ~$ the F~re Deyartment of said City, and for p~inting said
chemical engine and hose car, in accordance with the specifications adopted by said City
Council on the ?th. day cf Decemher,lt2,, and now ~n file in the office of the City Clerks
RESOLVED that said City Council her by rejeats all said. pro]'osals or bids excel'mt that next
hereinafter mentioned,and hereby awards the con~ract for furnishing said ~[ulti-stage centri-
fugal pum? and pa~inting said hose car,to the The Seagrave Cor. poration.
at the price named in its-bid,to-wit, Thirty-Nine Hundre~ and F'f~ Dollars (~Z.950,00) '~ -
The Mayor of siad City and the City Clekk are hereby authorized and directed in the name
of said City of :!outh San ~'~rancisco and under its corporate seal, to enter into and a.?reement
with said Seagrave Corporation. in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution.
