REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AND
SALE AGREEMENT FOR 205 BADEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco and Thomas W. Kelly as the owner of a one-half interest
and administrator of the Estate of Arthur F. Kelly, the owner of
the other half interest, desire to purchase and sell the property
at 205 Baden Avenue in South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to a sales price of One
Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000); and
WHEREAS, acquisition of this parcel is intended to further the
Redevelopment goals of the Downtown Central Redevelopment Agency;
and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director and Agency Counsel have
recommended approval of the Agreement for Purchase of Real Property
and the escrow instructions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco that the
Executive Director is authorized to execute the purchase and sale
agreement and escrow instructions related to 205 Baden Avenue,
South San Francisco and the Executive Director is further
authorized to accept on behalf of the Agency, the grant deed for
the 205 Baden Avenue property.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13th
day of September , 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia and Chairman Robert Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
