RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Sau P ancisco that the offer of Alfred
E.Xauffman amd Aimee Eauffman, his wife,to give to said C~ty an Option to purchase the
land hereonafter described for the total sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred and Seven-eight
amd 15/lO0 Dollars (~4,478.15 of which amount the s~m of five Hundred {$500.00) shall be
payable upon the delivery of said option,be and the same is hereby accepted.
The land hereinbefo, e referred to is the roi!crying described tract or }arce! of land
situatein the City of South San Francisco,County of San N~me$~tate of CaliXornia,and
pa rticularly described as follows,to-wit:
