A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2-95,
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONDEMN 124
LINDEN AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San
Francisco passed Resolution No. 2-95 on June 14, 1995 to condemn
the property known as 124 Linden Avenue in South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that condemnation of 124
Linden Avenue is not presently necessary for redevelopment
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of South San,Francisco that the Resolution of Intention
(No. 2-95) to condemn 124 Linden Avenue is rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
25th day of 0ct0ber , 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Boardmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia and Mayor Robert Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
