Resolved that s~Ad City Council hereby rejects all sale proposals or bids except
that next ~rein mentioned and hereby awar&s the contract for i'urnishing said wire,
cross-arms,insulators and polehardware to the lowest bidder, Pacific :tares Electric
Compamy,a_oorporation,at She prime named in its bid,to-wit,Ten Hundred and ~orty-two
Dollars ($1042.00).
Ail the material as to which the contract is awarde~ in this resol~tion shall
conform strictly with the requirements of said plans and specifications.
The ~ayor of said City and the City Clerk are herbby authorized and directed
in the name of said City of South San ~'rancisco and under its corporate seal,to enter into
into an agreement with said Pawific 8tats ~lsctric Company,a czrpora~ion,in accordance
with the provisions of this resolution.
