fire alarm system for the City of South ~an ~rancisco.w hich plans and specifications
were adopted bY said City Council 'on the 22nd.day of ~ecember.192?.and are now on-file
in the office :of the City 01eries
~RESOLVED that said City 0curt&il hershey rejects all said proposals or bias wxcept
that next hereinafter mentioned and hereby awards the contract for erecting and ihstalling
such wire.cross-arms.insulators and pole hardware on poles and other places in said City
of South San Francisco.as shown upon said plans and specifi'cations.to the l~west bidde~.
C.R.Beatty.at the price named in his bid.to-wit.~ourtemn Hundred and Forty-Five Dollars.

All the labor r~quired to be performed in c~nnection with said work shall be in
strict accordance wi~h the requirements of said p&~ms and specifications.
The ~,yor of said City and the City Clerk are her~y authorized and directed.in
the name of said City of South San Francisco and under its corporate seal.to enter into
an agreement with said C.R~Beatty.in accordance with the provisions of this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South ~an Francisco,this 6th. day of Febru~ry,!928,by
