WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South S~m ~rancisco did~ in open session On the 27th.
day of ~ebruary,1928, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals o~ bids for
construwtion' of a central fire alarm station upon the Civic Center Site' in the City of South
San ~rancisco,in accordance wit~ the plans and specifioa~mus adopted by said City Douncil on'
the 9th. day of January,lg28, and now o~ filw in the o~fice of the City Clerk.
RESOLVED that saia City Council hereby rejects all said proposals or bids except that next
hereinafter mentioned ang hereby awards the contract for c'onstruct&ng said ~ire Alarm Station
to --- R.W..Stickle at the price n~med in his _~ bid,%o-wit Sixtean~
Hundred and Ninety Dollars ($1690.00) '
2he Mayor of said City and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed, in the name o~
said City of South San Francisco and under its corporate seal,to enter into au agreement with said
R.E.Stickle · in accordance with the provisions of this resolution~
