~ESoLUTION ORDERING ABAT~ENT 0~ WEEDS

WHEREAB the City Council of tae City of South San Franoisco did, on the 141kb
May, 19Z8, pass its resolution of intention to abate the nuisance caused by weeds growing upon
~he streets in said resolution o~ intention described;
WHEREAB notices headed "Notices to Destroy Weeds", have been conspiciously posted
in front of all the property in front of which said weeds are growing, in the manner and form
required by law, and more than five (5) days have elapsed since the completion of the posting
'of said notices; and
WHEREAS no person has objected or protested against the proposed removal of said weeds
RESOLVED by the 0ity Council of the City of South San ~raneisco that the Street
Superintenaent of said Ci~y be, and he is hereby ordered to abate said nuisance by having
the weeds referred to in said resolution of intention removed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regalarly introduced and adopted
by the Ci~y Council of the City of South San Francisco this 4th day of .June, 1928, by the
