CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPENSATION
PLAN FOR THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT UNIT
DATED JULY 1, 2012 THROUGH JUNE 30, 201.4
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of the Compensation Plan (Plan) for the
Executive Management Unit dated July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the Plan was prepared by the Human Resources Department, has been
approved as to fon-ii by the City Attorney, and incorporates the agreed upon terms and conditions
of employment for the Executive Management Unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the Plan for the Executive Management Unit
dated July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2014.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of
January, 2013 by the following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego, Richard. Garbarino, and Pradeep Gupta,
Mayor Pro Tern Daryl Matsumoto and Mayor Pedro Gonzalez
