work in .said resolution of intention.described to be done, to which resolution of
ln~ention reference is hereby made for f~her particulars; and

at the ho.~r.of ?;~0 o'clock p. m, was fixed as the time when any and all persons
having any objections to tam said proposed work an~ improvement might appear before
said City Council and show cause whey said proposed improvements, should not be
carried ou~ in accordance wit~ said resolution cZ intention; and

made written pro~ests or objections agains~ said work and have delivered the same ~o
said City Clerk; and ~
