RE~0~,VED that, Whereas tee 0ity Council of 1;he Cit~_ of Sout~ San Francisco did,
on the 4~h day Of~ ~une. 1928, pass its Resolution o~ Intention ~o. 60 to order ~he stree~ work
described in said resolution of intention to be done in said City, which resolution of in-
tention was duly and regularly published as required by law, as appears fr~m ~e affidavit
of A. E. Bramb'~e, now on file in the office, of-the 0i~y Clerk of said CAty; and
WHEREAS notices of ~he passage of said Resolution of Intention No.6o hea~ed
"Notices of Improvement" were duly and legaAly posted along the line of eaia contemplated work
or lmprovemen~ and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, and along all
t~e open streets within the dimities in said resolution of intention described~ in form and
manner as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Seymour ~lkeremkotter, who after
~he completiOn o% the posting of said n~tices filed his a~%i~avit in ~e office of the City
Clerk, making oath that the posting of said notices was completed on the l?th day of June,
1~-8; and

The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together wiV~a
plans and specifications therefor, conspiciously for five (b) days on or near t~e Council
Chamber Door inviting sealed proposals for doing the wor~ ordered. Re is also directed ~o
publish a notice inviting such proposals, and referring to ~he specifications posted or ow
·ile by-$wo (2) insertions in ~The Enterprise and The South San,Francisco Journal", a
weekly newspaper published and circulated in said City of South San Francisco, and hereby
designated for that purpose.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this ~th Say of July, 192B,
