HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 218-1928 Pursuan~ ~o sSatu~e and ~o the resolution of ~n$ city Council of the City o~' SOuth San Francisco, directing this notice, Notice is hereby given ~hat saia City Council, in open session, on the J0th day of July, 1928, publicly opened, examined and declared all sealed proposals Or bids for doing all the improvement work described Sn the Resolution of Intention No. 60, which Resolution of Inten- tion was passes and adopted by said City Council on the ~th day of June, 1928, to which~ Resolution of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said :work and the assessment district in said Resolution of Intention described. And thereafter on the 6th day of August, 1928, awarded the contract for said work to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit, ttanrahan~ Company, a corporation, at .the prices named in its bid, to-wit: Grading Fifty (50~ cents per ~cubic yard; combined cement concrete curbs and gutters, Sixty (60) cents per lineal foot; cement concrete Sidewalks, fourteen (l~ cents per square foot; 2 inch by 6 inch redwood header boards, Eight (8) cents per lineal feo~; cement concrete pavement, ~ifteen ll~) cents per square foo~; asphaltic co~rete pavement, two inches in~tzhick- ness laid on an~asphaltic concrete base four inches in thickness, Fifteen and one-half ~lS-1/2) cents per square foot; asphaltic concrete pavement three inches in thickness laid on an asphaltic concrete base four inches in thickness, Eighteen ~18~ cents per square foot; brick storm~water ca basins, Sixty-two (62) Dollars each; storm sewer manholes, Sixty-three (6Z) Dollars each; ten ~10) inch storm sewers, ~Ninety !90) cents per lineal foot; Eighteen (18) inch storm sewer, One and ~0/100 Dollars 151.~0) each, foyer ~(4) inch lateral sewers, fifty (50) cents per lineal foot; six inch by four inch wye branches, One Dollars ($1.00) each.
