REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND JERRY HAAG FOR ENVIRONMENTAL
DETERMINATION SERVICES FOR THE REST/REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY PARKING PROJECT - "FINGERS"
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco, that:
The Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the city of South San
Francisco an Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and Jerry
Haag for environmental determination services for the
REST/Redevelopment Parking Project - "FINGERS", in an amount of
$20,265.00. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Office of
the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
South San Francisco at a re_gu]ar meeting held on the l~th
day of February , 1996 by the following vote.
AYES: Boardmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene'R. Mullin, John R. P~nna,
Robert Yee and Chair' Jack Drago
