RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fraz~isce~
that Resolution of Intention No. ~ of said City Council entitled "A resolution
of the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisdo declaring its intention
to improve a portion of Oak Avenue in the City of South San Francisco," passed
and adopted on the l?th day of September, 1928, be, and the same h~ereby is
vacated and set aside.
