NO. ~9. Sec. 27 Township ~ South R~n~e B West.
RESOLVED by the C~t2 Council of The City of South San Francisco, that said City of
South San Francisco transfer and convey to South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company,
a corporation organized and existing under the la~s of the State of California, all tbs right,
title and interest of said City of South San ~rancisco in and to all that certain tract or
parcel if land situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of
California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Tide Lot No. 29, in Section 27, Township $ South, Range 5 West, M. D. B,~ & M. con-
raining 7.84 acres as said Tide lot is shown on that certain m~p entitled "Map No. 1 of Salt
Marsh and Tide lands situated in the County of San Mateo, State- of California" approved by the
Board of Tide Land Comissioners September 25, 1871.
The Mayor and City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco are hereby authorized
and directed in its corporate name and umder its corporate seal to execute a quitclaim
deed conveying said interest in said land to South San Francisco Land and Improvement Co-

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 22nd day of
October, 1928, by the .following vote:

Noes, Councilmen Reese V, loyd not voting

RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that said City ~
South San Francisco transfer and convey to South San Francisco Land end Improvement Company,
a corporation organized ,and existing under the laws of the State of California, all the
right, title and interest of said City of South San ~rancisco in and to aL1 that certain
tract or parcel of land situate in the City of South San ~rancisco', County of San Mateo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Tide V, ot No.~ 29 in Section 27, Township 3 South, Range ~ West, M, D. B. & M.
containing ?.84 acres as said Tide lot ,is shown on that certain map entitled "Map No. 1 of
Salt Marsh and Tide lands situated in the County of San Mateo, State of 0alifornia"
approved by the Board of Tide Land Commissioners, Septmmber 25, 1871.
The Mayor and City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco are hereby author-
ized and directed in its corporate name and under its corporate seal to execute a quit-
