RESOZVED by the Oit~ C'ouncil of the City of South San ~rancisco that, that
certain deed dated the £3rd day of October, 1928, wherein South San ~rauc-isco Za~l and
Improvement Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State'
of California, conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement for dumping
garbage on· all that certain tract or parcel of laud situate in the City of South San
~rancisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows,
to-w~t:
Beginning at a point on the shore of San ~rancisco Bay wherein said shore line
is intersected by the southerly line of Tide ~Lot No. 7, Section £~3, Township 3 South,
Eange 5 West, M. D. B. and ~., according to _M__~p No. 1, Salt Marsh and Tide ~.and survey
made by G. ~. Allardt, December 1870.
Running thence due west 50 feet; thence northerly on the arc of a curve to the
left having a radius of 541.67 feet and a central angle of 3?° 45' a distance of ~56.9 feet
thence due East ~14 feet Bore or less to the shore of San ~rancisco Bay; thence alongthe
shRre of.the Bay'South 1~ l~' East 149.82 feet; South 5~o 15' West 2?9.84 feet and South
22~ 15' West 52 feet to the point of beginning. ~
Containing 1.76~ acres more or less,
be, and the same hereby is accepted.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro&uced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San ~rancisco, this ~th day of
